I was impressed with the lovely packaging and the personal notes enclosed with the items I ordered. My watch band is actually running later than these items so I haven’t had an opportunity to actually try them, but I am sure they will help so I’m excited to try them.
Update: I’ve been wearing them all this week with my watch band. I bought two, one for each side of my watchband. The pain and radiation burns are not nearly as severe so obviously this is a good product. However, I am still having some pain from my smart watch, so I may have to look into something additional to put on the watchband, but I’m still really grateful for this product or I couldn’t wear it at all.
I purchased this to go on my Garmin Forerunner 255 smartwatch and it fits perfect. Seeing as how I didn't necessarily want any 'bling' I simply wanted the protection it offered, this blends in nicely as I have black watchbands while still offering some EMF protection from the smartwatch.

I rarely write reviews, but y’all need to know something. I don’t put a lot of hype into things like this, but when I tell you, my body instantly felt relief after having this on my watchband it was incredible. I didn’t realize the EFM waves were affecting me as much as they were. I’m actually able to sleep with my watch on now and I don’t have a dull ache in my joints in that arm anymore.
