99% of our items are shipped using the USPS. On occasion we will use UPS or FedEx.

Most items ship out within 1-3 business days. We normally ship out on Monday and Wednesday.  Orders received after 3pm EST will ship out on the following shipping day.

Depending on whether your item is shipped from our in-house stock, shipping times may vary. ESTIMATED delivery time is 3-7 business days to arrive.

If you need an item by a specific date, for a gift, for going on a trip, or you just simply want it faster... We'll be happy to accommodate. Call or email us as quickly as possible. If we can catch it BEFORE it ships out, then we can still upgrade you. But once we ship the item, there is no way to speed it up.

Yes. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you via the email associated with your order.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All orders to Canada are based on the carrier and the fees are passed on to customers. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of customs duties.

Items being shipped to Canada and abroad can sometimes get held up in customs, and can take anywhere from 15-45 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up delivery of international shipments because of the process of the shipping carriers. If you would like to inquire about upgrading your order for faster shipping, you must call 321-209-1721 or email hello@kareliacreations.com BEFORE placing your order. We can let you know if expedited shipping is available to your area (and what the upcharge would be).

We package all of our items securely to prevent breakage during shipping. We take extra care to package our shungite pyramids, including using extra recycled packing paper for added protection.

Please send us an email with a picture of the damaged product and your order number to: hello@kareliacreations.com.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, we will happily send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Before that time, we recommend:
● Checking with neighbors or household members
● Visiting your local post office with your tracking number
● Allowing a few extra days for weather or carrier delays

We know how important your shungite protection is — if your order is truly lost, we’ve got you covered.

If this happens to you, just email us at hello@kareliacreations.com as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. If we catch it BEFORE it ships, we can make changes. But please make every effort to ensure you order correctly. Once an order has been shipped, you are responsible for the way the order was placed. Unfortunately, at that point there's nothing we can do to change the order. If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and follow our return policies to exchange for a new item (additional fees may apply.)

Yes, our CORDED necklaces can be adjusted to your desired length. The cord can be easily unknotted and reknotted, allowing you to customize it for comfort and style. Unfortunately, the length of our silver and leather necklaces cannot be adjusted.

Yes, shungite is excellent for water purification. It can remove impurities and enhance the quality of your drinking water. We offer shungite stones specifically for this purpose, which can be placed in water to infuse it with beneficial properties.

We always strive to have our pictures match what our actual products look like. However, due to the nature of authentic shungite, sometimes bead size may slightly vary between items. Because of this, sometimes slight design variations occur.

We sell 2 types of shungite: Elite and Type 3. The carbon content of our elite shungite is about 95 - 98% and the Type 3 typically ranges from 25%-35%. A very little bit of the C60 molecule is very strong, so a little goes a long way with radiation protection. Until there is an updated manufacturing method, elite shungite can NOT be formed or shaped, therefore Type 3 is used for beads, pyramids, etc.

If black shungite is rubbing off on your skin, that means it’s real and raw, not fake or polished plastic. Authentic, unpolished Type III black shungite is naturally high in carbon — around 30–50%. That carbon (along with fullerenes and other minerals) is soft and powdery and it can rub off on your fingers, clothes, or skin, especially if the piece is raw or freshly cut. It’s totally non-toxic and safe. It’s just a bit messy. You can easily wash it off with soap and water. If you buy “shungite” and it’s super shiny, light, doesn’t leave any mark, and isn’t conductive, it might be fake. But if it’s leaving some carbon behind? That’s a good sign you’ve got the real stuff.

We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before wearing shungite jewelry if you have a pacemaker. Although, we do believe it is safer to wear shungite than it is to hold your cell phone on your body or near your pacemaker. There are many different ways to test authentic shungite, which is picked up on some EMF meter readers. However, some EMF meter readers, depending on the setting, don't always show up because shungite uses scalar energy to create the healthy field. You can also use an electrical multimeter to measure the accuracy of shungite and also ion testers.

Our products are handmade using shungite and other minerals including silver and colloidal silver to amplify the field of protection. We suggest that with ANY EMF protection you buy to test it with simple kinesiology, AKA muscle testing. Hold your cell phone with your arm extended outwards without a shungite sticker while someone lightly pushes your arm down. Try resisting and see how your cell phone affects your body. With shungite, many people notice their electronics working smoother and not running as hot. Definitely people who are energy sensitive and have EMH can not live without shungite on their devices. For example, some people get tingly or numb hands or headaches. So, often times when we tune into our body, it can also be used as our very own EMF reader.

• Pyramid - It is always best to place pyramids near your wi-fi router, computer, TV, other electronics, on your desk or in your home office.
• Bracelet - It is always best to wear your shungite bracelet on your dominant arm or the arm that uses the computer mouse or holds the cell phone. If you have pain in your joints - fingers, wrist or elbow - wear it on that specific hand. If you are wearing a smartwatch, wear it on that wrist. Our customers also buy the shungite ring for extra protection from a bluetooth mouse and cell phone and a EmfShield for localized protection.
• Magnet - The best place to put a shungite magnet on the microwave is in front. If not, the side is helpful, but never in the inside! For the refrigerator, if you have an outside water/ice dispenser put the magnet right above it. The magnet is versatile and often placed on fuse boxes, smart meters, dishwashers, stoves, etc.
• Cell phone sticker - The best place to place the cell sticker is on the back, under the case, towards the bottom where the battery is (about 1/3 lower portion of the phone). The cell phone sticker is also good on any small electronics or on the top side of a laptop, near the left and right side of the keyboard where you lay your wrists. If you put your laptop on your lap, you put one on each side of the bottom where it would rest on your legs. Make sure to clean the area with alcohol before and allow it to dry before sticking it to any surface.
• Alexa echo - Place the sticker on the back or the front.
• One sided headset - Place the cell phone sticker on the inside part that is covering your ear.
• Router - Routers vary based on model types and years. Always place the sticker on the top or the sides, but not the bottom.
• Battery backups - Place the sticker on the top, where there is space.
