We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. You may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Exchange

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Clearance and retired items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

While we are unable to offer free returns on all purchases, we always strive to create a positive and fair customer experience.

Returns After 30 Days

  • Returns made between 30–45 days from the shipment date are eligible for store credit only.
  • Returns requested after 45 days are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Discounts & Promotions

If a discount code or promotion was applied to your order:

  • Refunds and store credits will reflect the amount actually paid, not the original retail price.
  • Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return label. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending items back to us.

BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM

Please note that Shungite stones are natural materials. Over time, their polished surface may lose some of its luster—that’s completely normal. Authentic Type 2 Shungite also contains natural inclusions such as pyrite or other minerals that may become visible after polishing.

Rest assured, this is not a defect—it’s a sign of authenticity. We source only genuine Shungite directly from the mines of Karelia, Russia, and each piece is actively working to help neutralize harmful radiation and support your well being.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND GUIDELINES

1. Contact Us First
Please email hello@kareliacreations.com within 30 days of receiving your order to report a wrong or defective item.

    • You must receive pre-approval before sending anything back.
    • We may ask for photos to help us better understand the issue and provide the best solution.

2. Shipping Your Return

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
    • All returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date you contact us.
    • Items must be returned in “as new” condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts intact and unmarked.

Include your name, order number, and a copy of any correspondence you had with us inside the package.

IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS...

  • If Your Package Is Returned to Sender - If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we’ll gladly reship your order once reshipping costs are covered. This cost includes both the carrier return fee and the new shipping cost. If the return was due to our shipping error, we’ll reship it at no additional cost to you.
  • If Your Package Is Damaged or Lost in Transit - All orders include real-time USPS tracking. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us so we can initiate an inspection and replacement claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved with the carrier and Karelia Creations.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address Policy - It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Any return shipping charges billed to us by the shipping carrier

    • The full cost to reship the order to the corrected address

    • Any additional fees incurred as a result of the incorrect address

    We are not responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot make address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
