✔ USAGE IN WATER: Wash the shungite stones to remove any fine powder. Soak 50-100g of shungite in 1 liter of water (stored in a glass or ceramic container) for at least 6 to 8 hours. Drink daily.
✔ MAINTENANCE: Purify the shungite every 4-6 months in the sun to help to recharge the fullerenes and avoid the accumulation of nitrates, chlorine, etc. If your water is heavily chlorinated or polluted, replace shungite every 6 months. Shungite keeps indefinitely, so do not throw your rocks away. Put them into indoor/outdoor plants and soil.
